Jacob Martin, Nathan Cook, Chase Leedy, Jerome Robinson, Daniel Cook, and Jason Mossing represented Northwest Ohio at the 1st annual grade school state championships held at Bowling Green State University. These participants competed in 23 matches and came away with 15 victories.

Jacob Martin won five matches on his way to a Division II (3rd and 4th grade) 70lb State Championship. Jake avenged a district final loss by defeating Joey Ward of Wapakoneta in the championship finals by a score of 2-1. Jake Martin is the first ever St. Francis Wrestling Club State Champion! Jerome Robinson won four matches on his way to claiming the DIII (5th and 6th grade) 70lb State Championship. Jerome faced a battle-tested opponent in the finals, Conner Dempsey from Cleveland OH. After 8 meetings over a three year period Jerome and Conner are even  at four victories a piece. Conner claimed the first four victories prior to 2003. Jerome has earned the remaining four victories - all of those during the 2003-2004 season. Congratulations Jerome on capturing a State Title. See jeromes_bracket_results
